Main Features

Panoramic Defects Inspection equipment consists of 4 parts:

1. The feeding and bottle-separating mechanism is composed of a pipeline conveyor belt and a device for bottle-separating rollers. The function is to separate the incoming materials by a certain distance, and different materials will not affect each other during subsequent inspections;

2. The lifting mechanism uses inclined pipes to lift the lifting to a certain height, so that the warehouse can slide down freely by using gravity in the future;

3. The slideway detection mechanism, when the unloading material is lifted to the point by the lifting mechanism, it enters the highest transparent glass slideway, and under the action of weight, the unloading material slides down. During the sliding process, it is triggered by the sensor and installed on the right front and left side of the slideway. The 4 UAVs at the rear, above and below take pictures at the same time. The 4 UAVs can take pictures of the pier at 360° without dead angle. The photo information is transmitted to the computer. Send to PLC;

4. The rejecting mechanism, the material slides from the slide to the pipe belt of the rejecting mechanism, and the PLC controls the rejecting mechanism to reject the materials with abnormal quality according to the results transmitted by the computer software system, so as to ensure the normal material pipeline to the next pipeline
