Main Features
1. Edible Bird's Nest Cleaning Picking Machine can pick out the swift feathers with a size of more than 2 mm and the picking rate is 70% - 80%.
2. The equipment is divided into 2 areas: the bird's nest hair picking area and the loading and unloading area. The two areas are separated to avoid contamination of the loading and unloading area by impurities such as bird feathers splashed in the bird's nest picking area.
3. The countertops in both areas are designed to be waterproof, and the countertops can be washed directly with water, which is convenient for cleaning. The drain outlet of the countertop is equipped with a filter screen, which can recycle the broken bird's nest.
4. In the hair-picking area, the 4-axis delta robot cooperates with the 5th axis on the hair-picking station, which can accurately identify the swift feather impurities above 0.5 mm, and implement precise positioning and removal.
5. 5 bird's nests can be loaded at one time to avoid frequent workload.
6. The 5 picking stations are controlled by stepping motors and screw rods, which can move back and forth between the loading and unloading area and the bird's nest picking area. The picking station first waits for manual loading in the loading and unloading area. After the loading is completed, it is transferred to the bird's nest picking area. The delta robot will pick the feathers on the 5 stations respectively. After all the feathers are picked, the stations will return to the loading and unloading area, and then the equipment will issue an alarm to notify the personnel to replace the nests.
