Layout: Evaporated Milk Filling Sealing Machine
Procedure of Condensed Milk Production Line:
Step 1: the unscrambler will unscramble and lined up the cans first.
Step 2: the cans rinsinig machine will wash and dry the cans before filling.
Step 3: the liquid filling machine will fill the juice into the cans.(optional: liquid nitrogen injector dose the LN2 in the cans before canning to keep liquid fresher and smoother)
Step 4: the automatic cans seamer (vacuum nitrogen fuction is optional) will seal cans one by one.
Step 5: the cans turning device will turnover the cans from top to bottom.
Step 6: the Inject printer will inject the print of date on the bottom of can.
Step 7: the cans turning device will turnover the cans from bottom to top.
Step 8: the collecting table will accumulate the cans at the end.
