Main Features:
1. XYZ axis robot arm is designed to move and grasp the cap onto the jar accurately;
2. Special design of the hand-simulated screw capping fixture to use constant power to screw capping the caps;
3. Servo motor for perfect torque feedback control to twist-off and tighten the cap onto the jar to avoid broken of caps;
4. Adopt 304 stainless steel construction, in line with GMP requirement;
5. Equip with the vibrate caps feed / caps elevator, no bottle no drop the caps.
6. Could be integrate with bottle filling machine, labeling machine to form production line
