This equipment is mainly used for sorting and packaging all kinds of meat rolls, consisting of meat roll incoming tooling conveyor belt (4 lanes), automatic tray dropping mechanism (2 sets), tray dropping tooling conveyor belt (2 lanes), delta robot(2 sets).
Meat rolls automatically enter the incoming tooling conveyor belt after meat cutting machine, and the PET tray automatic dropped onto the conveyor. The delta robot automatically loads the meat roll into the PET tray according to the set sequence, realizing the automatic flow production of the whole process from the meat cutter to the tray packaging.
Features
1, this product is mainly used for a variety of meat products, such as beef, lamb, pork and other meat slices, meat rolls pick and place into plastic tray by delta robot according to the set sequence. It can be connected to the production line.
2. The main body of the product is made of stainless steel, and the conveyor belt is made of PU or food grade belt, which meets the food safety requirements.
3. The food contact part is waterproof design and has a cleaning mode, which is easy to wash, clean and disinfect.
4. PLC servo motor control, to achieve accurate positioning + accurate grabbing.
5. Suction cup and gripper can be customized according to different roll-shape products.
6. Up to 400 rolls/min meat roll picking speed (according to the characteristics of the pickup object), high production efficiency.
7. After installation and debugging, you only need one button control to start and stop.
8. Fast disassembly structure is adopted to support fast disassembly of tooling.
9. Customization for different electrical safety regulations such as CSA (Canadian Standards Association), Nemko or other standards, and must undergo strict inspection and testing before delivery.
