Look at this milk powder production line designed for the Middle East!

The machines worked together to achieve precise filling and freshness locking, and the scene was like filming a science fiction movie.

 

  While many factories are still using spliced basic milk powder to hype up the concept, this infant formula production line specially in precise canning with 10 standard machines. It can stably produce 10 cans per minute and can flexibly switch between two specifications of 400g and 900g cans. The entire canning process produces no dust, transforming milk powder production into a refined technical demonstration.

 

 

  The first step in production is the 800 type semiautomatic bottle sorting machine, which can quickly arrange scattered empty cans in an orderly manner and from a straight silver queue, preparing for subsequent processes. Subsequently, the rotary UV sterilizer began its work, with 360 degree blue light instantly illuminating, carefully disinfecting the empty cans in all directions. The lamp tube of this sterilization machine has a lifespan of up to 900 hours, and can be completely sterilized with one irradiation, ensuring the safety of milk powder quality.

 

  The vacuum feeding machine perfectly achieves dust-free conveying. The extended pipeline separates the silo and equipment into different rooms, and the milk powder moves and outputs with the airflow in the negative pressure pipeline, maintaining no dust or residue throughout the process. This not only meets strict GMP standards, but also fundamentally avoids pollution.

 

  The filling process is the focus of the entire production line, and  the  fully automatic powder filling machine is equipped with a separately controllable filling head,which takes less than 5 minutes to change products. The PLC screen displays the nitrogen concentration and filling weight in real time, which is clear at a glance. The automatic vacuum filling and nitrogen sealing machine nest to it synchronously completes the three major operations of vacuum pumping, nitrogen filling, and vacuum sealing, completely exhausting the oxygen inside the tank. High purity(99.999%) nitrogen can quickly lock in freshness and extend the shelf life of milk powder. Next, the laser coding machine will code the bottom of the can, using a 0.01mm laser to engrave its production date and related information. 100000 hours of maintenance free, stable and reassuring.

 

  After filling and sealing, the milk powder can will be flipped 180 degress by a flipping mechanism driven by a servo motor. The gentle movement ensures that the can body will not leave scratches and will enter the next step intact. Next, we will enhance the collaboration between the top capping machine and the fully automatic dust sealing machine. Their efficiency is very high, and they can process 3600 cans per hour. At the same time, the noise generated by the equipment is effectively controlled below 65 decibels, so even if it is produced at night, it will not have an impact on the surrounding environment.

 

  

 The stable operation of the entire production line also relies on the stable of the nitrogen generator. This equipment adopts PAS nitrogen production technology, with one click start stop, easy and fast operation; Covering an area of less than two square meters, it can stably and continuously provide high-purity nitrogen gas, providing strong protection for the preservation of milk powder.
